Every musician, band, teacher, and venue on MWT has been personally reviewed before appearing in listings. This page explains what that review involves — and what it does not mean.
The MWT Reviewed badge appears on supplier profiles and listing cards when a supplier has completed MWT’s review process. It signals that:
MWT is not a government body, accreditation authority, or formal licensing organisation. The MWT Reviewed badge does not represent:
The initial review is a quality gate, not the end of the process. MWT monitors supplier quality through:
Suppliers who fall below MWT’s standards may have their account paused, suspended, or archived. Clients will always be offered a replacement or refund if a confirmed supplier is removed before their booking is completed.
MWT takes the safety of children and vulnerable adults seriously. For any booking that involves direct, unsupervised access to under-18s — particularly music lessons — MWT requires:
MWT follows the principles of the Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023 guidance and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023 as far as they apply to an independent music booking platform.

If you have experienced unprofessional conduct, dishonest representation, or safeguarding concerns relating to an MWT supplier, please contact us immediately:

All reports are treated in confidence and investigated. We will acknowledge your report within 2 working days and advise on next steps. If your concern relates to an active booking, we will pause the booking pending investigation.
