Our team reaches out to your preferred supplier (or finds the best match if you haven't selected one) to check their availability for your date and requirements.
We send you a written quote covering the supplier fee, any travel or equipment costs, and our transparent coordination fee. Pricing is confirmed before you commit to anything.
Once you're happy with the quote, a deposit secures your booking. The supplier holds your date from this point — cancellation terms apply from deposit onward.
MWT handles logistics — brief sharing, travel arrangements, set-up times, and any last-minute changes. You won't need to chase anyone directly.
On the day, sit back and enjoy. After your event or first lesson, you're welcome to leave a review to help other customers and reward great suppliers.
MWT is invite-and-review only — we don't accept every applicant. If you're accepted, you receive enquiries directly without chasing clients yourself.
Submit your details via our /join page. Include a portfolio link, instrument or service type, location, and your availability. We review every application personally.
We check your portfolio, confirm your qualifications (DBS for teachers working with minors), and ensure your pricing and availability are realistic for our market.
Approved suppliers receive login credentials for the supplier portal. You can view your profile, track bookings, and see earnings — all in one place.
When a suitable booking arrives, MWT sends you an offer with full details — date, location, brief, and proposed fee. Accept or decline within the response window.
After a successful event or lesson, MWT processes your payout. Payouts are scheduled after client payment is received and confirmed complete.
Every musician, band, teacher, and venue is reviewed by MWT before they appear in listings. You won't find unreviewed profiles or unverified claims.
You deal with MWT, not a dozen individual freelancers. We handle availability checks, briefing, logistics, and follow-up so you don't have to.
No hidden fees. We provide a written quote before any payment is taken. The coordination fee is disclosed upfront and built into the quote total.

No. Suppliers pay no listing fee. MWT charges a coordination fee built into the client quote — you receive your agreed supplier rate in full.
Each supplier sets their base rate. MWT adds a transparent coordination fee when quoting clients — this covers booking administration, communication, and support. All fees are disclosed before any commitment.
If a confirmed supplier cancels, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid. MWT will also try to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost. See our Cancellations & Refunds policy for full details.
Yes. Browse the listings and note the supplier you prefer in your booking enquiry. MWT will check their availability first and match you with them where possible.
For events or lessons involving under-18s, MWT will confirm appropriate safeguarding checks are in place before any supplier is matched to your booking. Teachers working with minors must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
