FOCUS Wales
FOCUS Wales is an international showcase festival in Wrexham, running from 6 to 8 May 2027. It is open for artist applications across all genres, with around 100 showcase slots of 30 minutes each. Selected acts receive a negotiated performance fee along with catering, standard backline and festival passes.

The Great Escape
The Great Escape is a showcase festival for new and emerging artists, held in Brighton in May 2027. It is open for artist applications from acts of all genres, and there is no charge to apply.

Hayes Symphony Orchestra
Hayes Symphony Orchestra, a community orchestra, wants extra violin and viola players for rehearsals and concerts. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings in Croydon. New players join on a trial basis to see if it is a good fit.

Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance
Trinity Laban is hiring an hourly-paid Lecturer in Music Industry Studies to teach undergraduate popular music students in London. The work covers music marketing, business and building sustainable careers for emerging artists, plus some online content for a new songwriting Masters. Previous teaching experience is helpful but not required.

A grant for emerging and early-career jazz musicians or groups, worth £5,000 towards work such as recording, mentoring or promotion, with one-to-one business advice. Applicants must be 18 or over, living in the UK with the right to work, and earn at least 40 percent of their income from music. Note the window is very short: applications close at 5pm on Monday 12 October 2026.

King's High School, Warwick
A graduate organ scholarship shared between King's High School and the music department at St Mary's Church in Warwick. The scholar takes a full part in the musical life of both the school and the church, with some administrative duties.
